Creative Lab on Clubhouse

On May 27th at 5pm GMT, I'll be joining speakers inc. Anouska Anquetil for 'Creative Lab: Defining Sustainability Pillars' on Clubhouse. Hosted by Aterre Society, the drop-in audio session will explore how, 'in a world saturated by terms 'Eco' and 'Sustainable' we define the fundamental pillars of sustainable design across the built environment, climate, community, and more. 

Ahead of our session, chair Anouska asked if I would list the top 5 sustainability pillars that I apply to my works and advisories. Having tailored those pillars to be as succinct as possible, they are:

1. Be the product of robust scientific enquiry.

2. Fit for worst-case, not just best-case future scenarios.

3. Meet all, not select sustainability criteria.

4. Work for all species, not just humans.

5. Be realistic, not idealistic in conception.
